Personal data I collect
I collect only the data necessary to provide dental care.
- Identification data (full name, ID number)
- Contact data (phone, email, address)
- Dental health data (clinical history, X-rays, photographs)
- Billing data (RUC, billing address)
- Communication data (WhatsApp messages, emails)
Purpose of processing
I use your data for:
- Providing dental care and clinical follow-up
- Communicating about appointments, treatments, and results
- Fulfilling legal and tax obligations
- Invoicing services and issuing receipts
- Improving care quality (anonymous surveys)
Legal basis
Processing is based on: your explicit consent when booking a consultation; the execution of a dental services contract; and legal obligations applicable to professional dental practice.
Storage and security
Your data is stored securely for the time necessary to fulfill legal and tax obligations (minimum 5 years from last visit, per Paraguayan health regulations). I implement technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access.
