First visit
First visit: what to bring and what to expect
How the first visit works, what to bring, what to expect. The Diagnostic & Planning Consultation is where I think your case through with you.
Before you arrive
- Previous x-rays (within the last 2 years) — I can review them and may not need to retake
- List of current medications (including supplements and over-the-counter)
- Your main concern in writing — 2-3 sentences is enough
- Any prior treatment plans or estimates from other clinics (if you have them)
- Payment method — cash, transfer, Pagopar, or Bancard POS
What I do at the first visit
- Comprehensive clinical exam (45-60 min)
- Diagnostic x-rays if needed (digital, low radiation)
- Gum health assessment
- Written summary of findings with options
- No treatment is performed at the first visit unless it's an emergency
After the first visit
- You receive a written plan within 1-3 business days
- Plan includes: options, prices, timeline, payment options
- You decide when — or whether — to start
- No follow-up pressure or upsell calls
What to bring if it's an emergency
- Your ID
- Method of payment
- If you have swelling + fever, go to the hospital emergency first
